…but friends and family know us by the nickname “Pinny”. We’re the travel-loving couple behind Adventures with Pinny.

 How it began

We were both born and raised in Michigan, USA. In 2016, we met in Grand Rapids, MI where we were both working. After one year together, we moved across the country to sunny California where we lived and worked for 7 years. In 2021, we sold all of our stuff and moved into an Airstream camper! For now, we are exploring the country and living the RV life.

Linny is a graphic designer and Peter is an engineer, both of us working the 9-5 lifestyle (for now). Along with one or two international trips per year, we try to take as many weekend trips as we can to explore National Parks and other points of interest during our travels across the United States.

We especially love adventure travel and finding things to do and see off of the beaten path. Wherever we travel to, we try to incorporate hikes, excursions, and activities that give us a new exciting perspective of the location.

Adventures with Pinny

An insatiable desire to travel and collect as many meaningful experiences as possible burns bright within us. Our deepest fear is to allow life to pass us by without really living – without appreciating every moment and filling as many as possible with adventure and discovery. We hope that sharing our journey on Adventures with Pinny may inspire others and give them the tips that they need to do the same!
